A importância da motivação durante o processo de ensino aprendizagem nos anos iniciais no espaço escolar.

Abstract

Motivation is very important to assure that the process of teaching and learning. During this process of teaching and learning we believe that motivation must be present at all times of the school life of the student and also the teacher. But in turn rests with the teacher to facilitate the construction of the training process of the student, even influencing the development of learning motivation. To examine these propositions seek the thinking of authors like Pain(1989), Vygotsky (1991), Tapia(2001), Santos(2001), Moraes and Varella (2007) among others understand the systematic governing the universe of motivation in the teaching and learning. The methods and techniques used were: observation of everyday school; intervention(time stage); semi-structured questionnaire and Test Free Word Association(TALP) applied to teachers. We concluded that the motivation for this group is able to mediate the acquired knowledge with the students, have the patience to deal with adversity that occurred in the classroom, and be innovative in their teaching.
