Proposta para o deslocamento dos vendedores ambulantes com o auxílio de um modelo multicriterial - processo de análise hierárquica.

Abstract

To deal with the informal sector leads to origin to the consideration of a miscellany of problems and aspects of the life related with the low income population, which if sees in wide dose, sub-used in its potential of human resources. It appears there, for example, the question of the unemployment and under employment; the consideration of the strategy of survival of the poor persons also takes body; manifest still the differential of protection offered to the informal. Although the economy the activity of the ambulant salesmen in Brazil exists since the primordios of our history, it was never so significant and important as today had to the increasing number of workers dismissed in the market. This profession is defined as being a commerce modality that in generic terms can be characterized as the activity of an individual worker offering its merchandises for the Streets, or parking in a " point ". Total visas as diligent are not understood and that they fight desesperadamente to surpass the difficulties that the great city imposes to them, Comumently, in the commercial centers of the main Brazilian cities, the sidewalk is busy for tents of ambulant salesmen, making it difficult the pass of pedestrians, who turn aside themselves from the sidewalk and start to use the rolling slots. On the other hand, the implementation of alternative plans in the direction to solve or to brighten up these problems, is a complex task, for involving factors of economic, social order, ambient, cultural and politics. In addition, diverse involved groups in the process of decision with its respective objectives and interests exist, until certain point conflicting. In this work, was made the application of a multicriterial model of aid of decision taking, the Process of Hi ear chic Analysis - AHP, to evaluate and to select proposals of solutions for the allocation of the ambulant salesmen, in the center of the city of Campina Grande - PB, from the excellent criteria to the groups of interest, observed in research, having as objective to identify the alternative rationally most adequate.
