Caracterização do sistema de produção de leite do município de Paulista – PB.

Abstract

This proposal has as objective to characterize the system of milk production ofthe city of Paulista - PB, with the intention to indicate improvements to optimize the productivity of the local flock. The city of Paulista - PB is placed in the milk basin of the Region of Pombal, Paraíba, Brazil. By means of interviews and comments a study of cases was become füllíílled that considered degree of instruction ofthe producer, the structure of the área for creation, the health and the reproduction of the beyond topical animais as se great of the flock, inítastructure and main problems they had also been boarded. Factors as inadequate quality of milk, feeding and productive and reproductive management compromise the milk productive chain, and to decide such problems the producers must be made use to innovate, abandoning some inefHlcient traditional fomes of creation.
