Análise da alocação de mão de obra em comarcas do Tribunal de Justiça da Paraíba no Cariri Ocidental.

Abstract

The public sector offers a range of services that meet the interest of the community. In this sense, management over the last few years, has undergone several transformations, influenced by others that took place in various segments. Thus, this new dynamic has proposed changes in the way to manage staff to qualify the performance of tasks and make effective the service offered. That said, this study seeks to analyze the allocation of Paraiba state judiciary servers in the region of West Cariri. As a starting point we tried to identify the regions and their demands, as well as agents that effectively perform everyday tasks in the listed units. This study is justified by the importance of the topic presented and the fact that the study in question have shown the maldistribution of Judiciary servers, damaging a better offer and quality of service, as well as possible losses arising with this overload. Methodologically, this study is configured as a case study, bibliographic, in both qualitative as well as quantitative. With the data collected through questionnaire, drew a parallel between the number of servers and the local procedural demand, where it was realized that there is an imbalance in the distribution of servers specifically in some judicial units of this region. Thus, this study resulted in the conclusion that the TJPB should stick in the composition of the units that are affected by the deficiency of maldistribution, for both the possibility of a new selection or relocation of other Counties, whose allocation is in numbers more than satisfactory, can become future alternative to resolve this issue.
