Abstract

When preparing for our Internship, we deduced that we should do a new job within the School Supervision specialty. Therefore, we looked for a Nursery, talking to the Director, Monitoras, we found that academic education was not a priority and that it still persists in this system of assistance function, not preparing the child for school life. When we started to organize data for our Internship, we wanted to know how Education was done in the poor layer of society organized in Creche. After conducting a survey with the mothers and observing the performance of the monitors in the daycare center, we felt the need to work more intensively on it, in order to organize academic education, without however completely disregarding the mothers' guidance. Therefore, we work in the Day Care in order to organize the contents and plans, including showing the importance of the objectives for a better teaching-learning. As for mothers, we hold lectures and meetings, always emphasizing the need for unity between them for the emergence of an organized community.
