Análise das redes de apoio nos casos de violência doméstica contra a mulher.

Abstract

This monograph deals with domestic and family violence against a woman, seeking to analyze how protective measures applied by legislation are prohibited from combating this type of violence - can maintain this treatment. In Brazil, this type of violence was always present during the occurrence, due to the mechanical and patriarchal system that rules the homeland society. The legislator aimed to crack down on and extinguish all types of violence against a woman who passed a law 11,340 / 2006, popularly known as the Maria da Penha Law. Thus, three years after its effectiveness, the question is: Does the Maria da Penha Law, which concerns the abuse or punishment of domestic and family violence against women, has resources used to curb such practice, also present today? You can keep this stretch. In this sense, a research aimed to analyze the State's action on the applicability of protective measures in cases of violence against a woman. To carry out the present study, adopt the deductive method and the historical-evolutionary method, with a bibliographic research technique, with data collection performed through literary consultations and scientific articles. Based on the present study and based on the State in question to combat domestic violence against a woman, note the presence of a support network for women, but do not observe the content of an articulation of their actions, so that they act in individualized manner and without significant scope.
