| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Desde os seus primordios a humanidade se ve ligada a um dos maiores enigmas da sua existencia: a morte. Mesmo se constituindo em um fenomeno da vida, sempre despertou grande medo no ser humano, e este sentimento se expressa na dificuldade de se lidar com a limitacao, estando presente nas crencas, valores e visao de mundo que cada um traz consigo. No contexto da equipe de enfermagem esse assunto se torna mais relevante e desafiador, ja que estes vivenciam com grande freqiiencia situacoes de morte e/ou sua iminencia em seu ambiente de trabalho. Objetivos: Conhecer a visao da Equipe de Enfermagem quanto a morte, a familia e os cuidados com o corpo. Metodo: Trata-se de um estudo exploratorio, com abordagem qualitativa, realizado no Hospital Regional de Cajazeiras (HRC) nos setores: Unidade de Tratamento Intensivo (UTI), Emergencia e Enfermarias da Cidade de Cajazeiras - Paraiba. A investigacao contou com a participacao de 25 profissionais da equipe de enfermagem, Todos responderam a um questionario contendo duas perguntas para caracterizacao da amostra e dez perguntas subjetivas sobre a morte, a familia e o corpo. Metodo de apresentacao e analise dos dados. Resultados: O perfil da equipe de enfermagem mostra que a maioria e tecnicos em enfermagem, com idade entre 20 a 37 anos, sexo feminino, solteiros e seguidores da religiao catolica e protestante. A percepcao da morte traz significacoes divinas, biologicas, de negacao e aceitacao. A uma dificuldade em lidar com a morte, a familia e o corpo, evidenciado no despreparo para lidarem com esta situacao. A falta de uma preparacao na academia e no seu dia a dia parece dificultar a atuacao do enfermeiro no que se refere ao apoio e conforto necessarios ao paciente terminal e seu familiar. Consideracoes finais: E de suma relevancia a insercao do estudo da morte em disciplinas socio-psicologicas como tambem em disciplinas tecnicas do curso de enfermagem para que os profissionais possam enfrentar a questao com serenidade e equilibrio, com todo o respaldo tecnico possivel sem deixar de lado a humanidade e o humanismo da profissao. |
| Abstract: | Since its beginnings, humanity has been linked to one of the greatest enigmas of its existence: death. Even if it constitutes a phenomenon of life, awakened great fear in the human being, and this feeling is expressed in the difficulty of deal with limitation, being present in the beliefs, values and worldview that each bring with you. In the context of the nursing team, this issue becomes more relevant and challenging, since they often experience situations of death and / or their imminent in your work environment. Objectives: To know the vision of the Nursing regarding death, family and body care. Method: This is a exploratory study, with a qualitative approach, carried out at the Cajazeiras Regional Hospital (HRC) in the sectors: Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Emergency and Nursing City of Cajazeiras - Paraiba. The investigation was attended by 25 professionals of the nursing team, All answered a questionnaire containing two questions to characterize the sample and ten subjective questions about death, family and body. Data presentation and analysis method. Results: The profile of the nursing team shows that the majority are nursing technicians, aged 20 to 37 years, sex female, singles and followers of the Catholic and Protestant religion. The perception of death brings divine, biological, denial and acceptance meanings. To a difficulty in dealing with the death, family and body, evidenced in the unpreparedness to deal with this situation. The lack of a preparation at the gym and in their daily life it seems to hinder the nurse's performance regarding the support and comfort needed by the terminal patient and his family. Final considerations: It is extremely important to include the study of death in disciplines socio-psychological as well as in technical disciplines of the nursing course so that the professionals can face the issue with serenity and balance, with all the support technical as possible without neglecting humanity and the humanism of the profession. |
