União estável: regime patrimonial e contratual.

Abstract

The stable union was raised the family entity by the federal constitution of 1988, and as family entity that is it present several reflexes, own of a family, after the federal constitution f 1988, seeking to regulate the current juridical effects of the new family entity, they appeared the law n° 8.971/94 and the law n° 9.278/96. specific to this end coming to be treated later. In the civil code off 2002. the present study aims at to analyze the institute of the stable union, especially with respect to their elements characterized their reflexes of patrimonial order and the coexistence contract more specifically than elements really characterize the stable union as he she grows the patrimonial reflexes of the stable union, besides their reflexes in the right intertime; and the characteristic and possibilities of the coexistence contract, for so much, it was used of bibliographical research, doctrinarian, Jurisprudential and of the positive legislation .in that way it will intend to deepen in the theme in order to it to obtain answers the own inquiries of such complicated and delicate theme in our juridical ordainment. It is waited with this study a larger theme explanation little studied, providing a better use of instruments applicable the stable union, and current rights of such relationship, propitiating an improvement in the companions'life.
