Abstract

The present work seeks to analyze the institute of the Family Power under the prism of the deprivation of that power in relation to the parents in the society of Sousa, longing for explicitar the juridical consequences of the measure, promoting an innovative abordagem concerning the institute and looking for new theoretical alternatives in the tangent the application of the most grievous feather. In elapsing of the development of this work it was used of the most varied current doctrines, the Federal Constitution, Statute of the Child and of the Adolescent, Civil Code and of the field research accomplished in the Guardian Council of this city. It coulded not a high number of parents it is verified that infringe with the rights and duties to them assigned and, they end up giving opportunity the application of the feather. Due to such situation, it is noticed that the Public Power in a lot it is omitted to an immediate solution to the problem, just acting of form apaziguadora of the situations. Finally, sees him that the empresariado of the deprived initiative the possibility of, through development strategies and application of specific actions, a form of necessary exit to a material development and assistencial to the good and balanced development of the abandoned child.
