A ineficácia das medidas socioeducativas: uma análise crítica das medidas socioeducativas.

Abstract

This research was designed from the perspective of production rules, focused the discussion on the applicability of the ineffectiveness social and educational measures, the aim of this study was to verify the applicability of ineffectiveness in social and educational measures, in the presence of its character that resocialization proposed. With the goal or not, to verify whether or not the hypothesis, this research was divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with these factors in the historical evolution of treatment of children and adolescents over the laws dealing with matters in Brazil and in the world. The second chapter aims to characterize the socio-educational measures and sites of care and shelter for the fulfillment of the measures. In the third chapter, it was attempted to analyze and verify the ineffectiveness of social and educational measures, given the nature of re-socialization that are proposed by examining one by one from the perspective of their potential to re-socialization. The future prospects assigned to the adolescent will be addressed from the perspective pisco-criminal, in line with the study of the possibility that effective treatment, during the implementation of socio-educational measures, will become a relevant factor in the attempt to prevent that the youth offenders of today, become an adult offender in the future.
