Faced with the need to protect the Human Dignity, through the action of the Democratic States is evoked the production of normative apparatus capable of promotion and the realization of Human Rights. In this sense, the research will address the issue of Education "in" and "for" Human Rights, singularizing the investigative analysis, within the scope of the CCJS - Center for Legal and Social Sciences, Campus de Sousa / PB, aiming to answer the following Question: How is the CCJS Law Course playing its role in promoting Human Rights in the legal education offered to the student community? For such, the dialectical, deductive methods will be used in its methodological aspects and as a research technique it will be used bibliographic and documentary, with the scope of investigating the impacts of the Legal Teaching of the Human Rights in the face of the formation of the undergraduates, highlighting the innovations of the current Pedagogical Plan of the Course (2015). As a result, the CCJS Law Course, despite the emerging difficulties and challenges typical of Higher Education, is gradually achieving significant advances in human rights education, in view of the ongoing effort from the faculty, students and servants in favor of the applicability of the theoretical notions learned in class to their concrete experience in teaching / research / extension activities and, above all, in providing free service to the community in the Legal Practice Center. From the above, it can be seen that the humanist formation of the future professional of law, from the offer of discipline and, consequently, the practice of their postulates in the academy, will drive a performance in forensic careers more consciously, fearlessly and in line with the pursuit of the realization of human rights, curbing injustices in postmodern society.
