A erradicação do trabalho infanto-juvenil na aplicação das políticas sociais públicas do município de São João da Tapada-PB.

Abstract

The study it consists of analyzing the participation of the Social Politics You publish, Advice To tutor and PETI, in the city of Are Jose of Covered Lagoon - PB and the performance of these entities how much to the eradication of the infanto-youthful work in its diverse forms and to identify to the causes and consequences happened of such activities on the pertaining to school performance of the children and involved adolescents. Bibliographical research and of field was adopted, enclosing application and direct contact with the research next to the entities, children and adolescents and heads of domiciles. The work conditions where the children and adolescents meet submitted are not best the possible ones, observing a similarity it enters the responsible causes for the ingression of heads of domiciles and children and adolescents in productive activities and a reproduction of the vicious circle of the low standard of quality of life of the new generations. The Federal Government assumed the commitment to eradicate dangerous, laborious, unhealthy or degradante considered the work infantile. For in such a way it created the Program of Eradication of Infantile Work - PETI, that comes extending in significant way its covering. How much to the Advice To tutor it is a public agency, independent, created for the Statute of the Child and Adolescente (ECA) through Federal Law n 0 8,069, of 13 of July of 1990, to be an instance of representation of the civil society that acts in the defense of the rights of the child and the adolescent. The creation of the Advice To tutor is a profit for the City, in contrast of what it affirms, of that it represents a responsibility. The reduction of the number of incidence of the breaking of rights is the first one of them. Being a organizador of the demands, the work of the Advice allows that the some governmental bodies that act in the attendance of children know the demands better and know as they are functioned its programs, projects and services, at last, as politics are going its. Through the information of the Advice it is possible also to rationalize the costs and to have knowledge on the use of the resources destined to the atendimentos of the programs and services. Therefore, the Advice To tutor is a space that guarantees the rights of the children and adolescents in municipal level. It is an instrument at the hands of the citizens to watch over, to promote, to guide, to direct and to take steps in situations of personal and social risk, that is, of abandonment, recklessness, exploration, violence, cruelty and discrimination of children and adolescents in the City. However, in the studied case, the entities Advice To tutor and PETI leave many to desire not presenting resulted satisfactory in regards to its contribution for the measures of eradication of the infanto-youthful work. Thus being, we will verify the effectiveness of these Public Social Politics of the city of Are Jose of the Covered Lagoon - considered PB in the attendance of its goals and objectives, as well as stimulating other study-scientific ones on the subject.
