Abstract

The theme of this paper deals with the applicability and proper enforcement of child support in favor of the minor. Aim of this study, we sought to identify problems relating to enforcement and applicability of the due alimony of minor children. For this, researchers are on the Institute of alimony, as well as the exercise of family power and rights to food, both in civil law as the Statute of Children and Adolescents. The work was divided into three chapters: the first chapter, we analyzed specifically the exercise of family power. Later in the second chapter, we analyzed the right to food. Finally, the third and final chapter, it was the specific subject of this work, that is, the maintenance, exposing the doctrinal positions, a study of jurisprudence and family conflicts resulting from the payment of child support for minor children, is one might find that some children do not enjoy in whole or in part on the value assigned by the provider.
