Nossa sociedade passa por mudanças constantes, como nossa jovem democracia, que ainda mostra tracos oscilantes quando analisada sob o ponto de vista ditadura politica que nossos governantes implementam em nosso pais todos os anos. E a manifestação de vontade do cidadão, que através do voto que o eleitor expressa sua confiança a um determinado candidato. Em sendo o voto uma expressão de confiança que se perfaz por uma escolha, não se entende corretamente no seu exercício obrigatário. E através da faculdade do voto que se da por imposição de consciência e necessidade de participação na politica do pais e jamais por obrigação. |
| Abstract: | To vote is the true exercise of the citizenship, it is the juridical and political-social instrument more powerful, efficient and crystalline of the exercise of the popular sovereignty. Our society goes by constant changes, as our youth democracy, that still shows rocking lines when analyzed under the point of view political dictatorship that our rulers implement at our country all of the years. It is the manifestation of the citizen's will, it is through the vote that the voter expressed his/her trust to a certain candidate. In being the vote a trust expression that is done by a choice, we didn't understand correct to be his/her obligatory exercise. It is through the vote university that feels for imposition of conscience and participation need in the politics of the country and never for obligation |
