A relevância do papel dos sindicatos para os professores do CCJS-UFCG.

Abstract

In the current socio-political and economic conjuncture, which is inserted the working world, figure the union, as primary agency in the fight for improved labor in the represented category. Faced with the obstacles that come with the capitalist society, with emphasis on unemployment and informality, this generator of precarious and partial workers, the situation of workers gradually thickens. Indeed, the theme of the monograph presented here is: The relevance of the role of teachers unions to the CCJS-UFCG, so the research is mainly aimed to screen a true cross-section of opinions of teachers CCJS-UFCG regarding the important role performed by the unions, since the accuracy of changes in harvest labor, and greater attention and commitment by the State as regards the consolidation of democracy, the outcome of social constitutionalism. To do so, given the method of approach and procedure, the research was loosely based on survey data, through a theoretical investigation, along with conducting a field survey of the type qualitatively and quantitatively, with 20 (twenty) respondents of the Campus, and uses the hypothetical-deductive method, starting from a greater reality to achieve a result in a smaller scale. The work was divided into four chapters: the first has a brief history of trade unionism, the second verse about the union organizing and the third deals with the binomials union and justice, union and government, beyond the presentation and interpretation of field research. The role and significance of class struggle reflected in today's society, in a movement called union. It appears that the teachers' union of the CCJS-UFCG has achieved significant collective benefits for the category as well, this consider essential the union membership, and evaluates the union as a body of relevance in today's society, however, believes that even is not fulfilling its duties at the company satisfactorily.
