| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este trabalho de conclusão do curso de direito visa explanar para o leitor uma analise critica acerca das principais mudanças trazidas para o procedimento do Tribunal do Júri, especialmente com relação a implantação da audiência una e sua busca por um processo mais célere e justo. Iniciamos o trabalho com um breve histórico do Tribunal do Júri no Brasil em diferentes épocas vividas pelo nosso povo; e feito também uma evolução histórica acerca do principal ato que se da na audiência que e o interrogatório do réu; são abordados os princípios que norteiam essa audiência. Após essa evolução histórica, são abordadas as mudanças causadas pela reforma do procedimento do Júri de 2008. Por fim analisamos a implantação da audiência una, que e o principal objetivo do trabalho. Ponderamos acerca dos seus pontos positivos e negativos para ao fim nos posicionarmos, com embasamentos em importantes doutrinadores e juristas citados ao longo do trabalho. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this monograph is explain for the reader a critique examination about the principal changes that occurred in Jury Court seat proceeding, especially about the implantation of the unique audience how a way to turn this proceeding more swift and fair. In the beginning, it had a brief historical about the Jur judgement in Brazil, emphasizing the main act that happens in this audience: the respondent interrogatory, besides its beginings. After this historic evolution, will be aborded the changes occurred with the reform of procedure of the Jury, 2008. In the end, it analyses the unique audience implantation, the principal objective of this work. It ponders about the positives and negatives sides, and, lastly, concludes how is the better way, with base on explanations of importants instructors and jurists. |
