Assédio moral no ambiente de trabalho: uma afronta à dignidade do trabalhador.

Abstract

This research focuses on the study of moral harassment, a practice abhorred by the eminently legal world, which nevertheless pervades the work environment, mainly because of the pressures suffered by workers, because of competition and enforceability of results by the boss to which the worker is subject. In this sense, they have to check the impact of this disease in the legal harvest, sensitizing the society about the problem, and seeking further demonstrate that the psychological abuse suffered by, the worker deserves a special treatment by the law as it confronts the dignity, which is why this study is a warning, among others, to the explicit treatment of the theme in the laws that relate to the employee, that thus can achieved the logawaited Justice. Also refers to compensation to the worker if there is bullying. For this purpose, the methodology sought breadwinner in deductive methods, historicalcomparative, and exegetical legal, through literature search based on national doctrine, the brazilian position jurisprudential and scientific papers in the area.
