Aspecto que envolvem a redução da maioridade penal no sistema cronológico e social.

Abstract

This present work has as main aim, to present a reflections on the norms rotators that it involves the smallest offender's subject and the reduction of his/her chronological age, being the same capable to answer for their actions or not. I deal with this matter, focusing some important points with: the measures partner's educational effectiveness and his/her applicability, the development of the applied laws in Brazil regarding this subject as example: THE penal code, the minor of 1979, code our a federal constitution and the child's statute and of the adolescent, law n°8069/90. The study proposes a society analysis that we lived together with the subject of the social inequality compared with the effective legislation and the possible favorite causes there is criminality inside of an unequal society being put as form of decrease of crimes committed for smaller, no the reduction of the penal majority, but a larger social equality with more opportunities for them less favored class, together with a better application of the effective laws and no the creation of other no capable to solve the subject of the criminality among the smallests in Brazil.
