Though those problems have been affecting the spouses' coexistence or even of those that live in stable union. Many are the couples that if desvinculed, one of the other, when they don't know as facing that reality that reaches in a wide way all the social layers, be rich or poor. But before the new model of conception of life corpored, the problem of the infetaliodid and sterility comes begging being eradicated through the most varied methods and techniques of attended human reproduction, that gradually come transforming the fictitious dreams in realities. It doesn't remain he/she doubts that the progresses in the world of the biotechnology have solved many problems of sterility and begging. On the other hand, problems of ethical nature flow, religious person and juridical, Even so, our law pat lacks of a law that can regulate in way it specifies the techniques of attended human reproduction. The central objective of that work is to present the understanding about the implications of the reproduction men het, have seen that that technique has been presenting several ethical discussions, us other sections of the society. Therefore, it is used of bibliographical researches, of the exe legal exe methods and of the compared study. He/she is organized in three chapters, us which the initial part brings the historical development of the techniques of attended reproduction, considering the methods and used techniques. The second I surrender discorre about the development of the family and the relationship relationship in the technical man het. The third are deepened in the bringing to an agreement of the use of the technical man het problems. As result, it was characterized that the largest problem of the techniques of attended reproduction is the lack of a law that can contemplate in a wide way all the methods and reproduction techniques developed in Brazil. It is of highest importance that the juridical sciences are developed, to the technological progresses, and that our legislators find a fast and effective answer for every social class, before the man comes to be reduced to a simple object of experience in the field of the reproductive medicine.
