Abstract

It is intended in this work, to carry out a bibliographic research about curriculum and planning, in order to deepen the knowledge on the subject. , then, try to put together a proposal for a pedagogical action to be discussed with the Supervisors who work in the Municipal Education Departments of Sousa and Cajazeiras and 9th and 10th Education Regions of Paraíba. The choice of the theme was due to the result of a survey carried out by graduating students of the Pedagogy Course - School Supervision from periods 92.1 and 93.1 The survey conducted with the aforementioned supervisors, configured the supervisory action and indicate points that may be the object of problems affecting education and that may be work by It is understood that this study will be of great relevance for providing us with a greater theoretical foundation on the subject or contribute to the supervisory work.
