Abstract

The practice of the moral blockade, does with that, the work atmosphere turns the main stage o fthe pressures and competitions, besides the collection of results, convi-if with the fear of losing the busy position, that comes being threatened by the new technologies, thus, the blockade opportunities grow moral. The present work monograph he/she had for study to show the occurrence of the moral blockade in the bank work relationship. The idea of making this monograph appeared of the observations on the daily work of the bank category, where thepsychological pressure for the execution of goals is more and more inhuman, being verified like this the stress in the ambient laboral, and the consequent growth of the process of moral blockade. Through a research essentially bibliographical and retired information of the Internet, in sites that especially negotiate on the theme. This work seeks to present the moral damage in the right of the work, especially in the private bank net. It is still about characterizing the forms of moral blockade, the subject active(aggressores) and the consequences for the subject passive(as chosen victims) of that aggression form, and the damages that the humiliation causes to the victim's physical and mental health. That we considered the damage, for the best understanding of the moral blockade and its consequences accomplishing a brief one historical in Brazil. After there was the need to analyze the consequences o f the moral blockade, as to prevent and to combat the damage that he causes, and finally to verify the national legislation and it's applicable.
