The family is the first socialate agent of the human being. In this direction article 227 of the Federal Constitution defends the right communitarianly the familiar convivencia and and in result of this constitutional device article 19 of the Statute of the Child and the salient Adolescent who all child and adolescent must be created in the seio of its family and, bonanza, in substitute family. The substitute family can be constituted in three ways: she keeps, guardianship and adoption. This work has for objective to show the irrevocable character of the adoption, as well as recognizing ties it that it is created in the affective blood relations. In this way the scientific research is called: The irrevocable character of the adoption and the affective kinship. For its accomplishment the methods had been used historical - evolutivo and sintetic-right, by means of the job of the doctrine, legislation and articles of the InterNet.
