Estudo da eficácia e estrutura dos juizados especiais mistos da comarca de Sousa-PB.

Abstract

The carried through research had the objective of in a direct boarding working the object of the structure and functioning of the courts criminal civil court jurisdiction and of the district of Sousa-PB. We also register the principles of 9099/95 law and the initiative of the TJPB to search improvements for the courts as well as the increasing procedural demand in these notary's offices, consequence of the confidence deposited for the society in this accessible form of if arriving at justice. The scientific research search to analyze the main aspects of the courts special that distinguish them from the too much responsible agencies for the Judiciary Power, standing out the importance of the correct application of its principles to assure Justice to the case concrete. Thus, the used methodology is based on the empirical research and bibliographical, it consults the authors and interviews the jurists specialized in the questions of the special court, as well as of the sensible state of the competent legislation, objectifying the understanding of thematic and the valuation of the principles in the legal scope.
