O presente trabalho monográfico tem por objetivo analisar os meios de provas para a aposentadoria do trabalhador rural a luz da Lei n° 8.213/91, no intuito da comprovação dessa atividade rurícola e consequentemente sua aposentadoria. A metodologia empregada para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho monográfico constitui-se em analisar os aspectos doutrinários, jurisprudenciais e legais acerca dos meios de provas possíveis para o trabalhador rural possa comprovar sua atividade rurícola. Com isso, não se pode compreender que em pleno seculo XXI haja ainda a marginalização contra o homem do campo, aquele que a sua vida inteira reservou para a atividade rurícola. E que quando chega ao tempo do seu devido descanso tenha que "travar" mais uma luta, desta vez com a Previdência Social. |
| Abstract: | The plans for Social Security benefits are described in the Federal Constitution of Brazil-art. 201 and paragraphs and listed in the Law 8.213/91. This monographic work aims to examine the means of evidence for the retirement of the rural worker in the light of Law No. 8.213/91, in the order to show this rural activity and consequently his retirement. The methodology used for the development of this work is monographic is to examine the doctrinal aspects, legal and legal means of evidence about the potential for the rural worker can show your rural activity. With this, we can understand that in the twenty-first century there is the marginalization of the field against the man, who his whole life aside for the rural activity. And when that time comes to rest because of his need to "stop" one more fight, this time with the Welfare. |
