dc.description.resumoO presente trabalho e resultado da monografia apresentado no curso de direito do Centra de Ciências Jurídicas em Sousa- CCJS, sob o titulo: O perfil do adolescente infrator cumprindo medida sócio-educativa na cidade de Sousa-PB, tem como objetivo geral, traçar o perfil do adolescente que se encontra em situação de privação de liberdade no Município de Sousa-PB, através da investigação dos fatores determinantes na construção deste potencial criminoso, junto ao menor. Na metodologia optou-se por uma pesquisa quali-quanti, utilizando a pesquisa de campo, com a coleta de dados através de questionários, analisados através de elaboração de gráficos em EXCEL-2007, obtendo uma amostra percentual das variáveis pesquisadas. No capitulo inicial, faz-se uma retrospectiva histórica sobre a evolução dos direitos do menor infrator, para observar como eram e são tratados hoje os adolescentes sob a perspectiva legal. No segundo capitulo, aborda-se as variáveis genéticas, psicossociais, econômicas e estruturais, etc. que constituem ser aspectos de forte influencia na composição do perfil deste menor. E, no ultimo capitulo, apresentar-se-a os dados da pesquisa efetuada no decorrer do desenvolvimento do trabalho.pt_BR

dc.description.abstractThis work is the result of the monograph presented at the law school's Center for Legal Sciences in Sousa - CCJS, under the title: The profile of the adolescent offender fulfilling socio-educational measures in the city of Sousa - PB, with the general objective to draw a profile the teenage who is in a situation of deprivation of liberty in the municipality of Sousa - PB, through investigation of the determining factors in the construction of potential criminal, next to the minor. In the methodology was chosen for a qualitative and quantitative research, using the search field with data collection through questionnaires and analyzed by charting in Excel-2007, obtaining a sample percentage of variables. In the opening chapter, it has a historical retrospective on the evolution of the rights of the juvenile delinquent, to see how they were treated and are now teenagers under the legal perspective. The second chapter is concerned with the genetic variables, psychosocial, economic and structural, etc., which constitute a strong influence on the composition of the profile of this minor. And the last chapter, will be presented the data from the survey conducted during the work development.pt_BR
