???metadata.dc.description.resumo???:	O tráfico de seres humanos e um fenômeno que exerce relevante destaque hodiernamente, por ser muito complexo e preocupante, e também por possuir dimensões de significante magnitude, que produzem consequenciais na estrutura social e econômica das sociedades. O presente trabalho analisa a forma de trafico mais trivial ocorrida no Brasil, o trafico de mulheres, particularmente, o internacional. Desta feita, o trabalho fora realizado através dos métodos exegético-jurídico, estudo comparativo e histórico-evolutivo, sendo feito uma pesquisa histórica do trafico de escravos no Brasil e a sua legislação, avaliando a ligação com o trafico de mulheres que se apresenta como uma nova forma de "escravidão", como também foi realizada a diferenciação do trafico de seres humanos e outros fenômenos, que com este geralmente confundem-se, como a imigração ilegal. Alem, de terem sido abordadas as principais causas desse fenômeno, mostrando-se separadamente a globalização e a mobilidade internacional. Objetiva- se analisar a realidade vivida pelas brasileiras submetidas a condições de semi-escravidão, e o reconhecimento de que as mesmas tem que ter seus Direitos Fundamentais Trabalhistas respeitados, como cita- se a carência de condições mínimas de trabalho para se ter uma vida digna. Verifica- se que o grande questionamento e se essas mulheres podem ser consideradas trabalhadoras e se a elas podem ser garantidos os direitos inerentes a essa qualidade. Levando- se, portanto, a seguinte problematização: As vitimas do Trafico Internacional de Seres Humanos, especificamente mulheres trabalhadoras do sexo, tem seus direitos trabalhistas garantidos? Segundo este estudo, a hipótese central baseia- se na afirmativa de que depois de se exporem a exploração e a degradantes condições de trabalho, merecem as vitimas serem repatriadas e reinseridas no mercado de trabalho, devolvendo a estas a condição de cidadãs brasileiras.
Abstract:	Trafficking in human beings is a phenomenon that today's highlight relevant exercises, being very complex and worrying, and also by having dimensions of significant magnitude, producing consequences in social and economic structure of societies. This study examines the most trivial form of trafficking that occurred in Brazil, the Trafficking in Women, especially internationally. This time the work was done by the methods exegetic-historical-legal and rolling, and made a historical research of the slave trade in Brazil and its legislation, evaluating the link with the trafficking of women is presented as a new form of" slavery ", but the differentiation was made of human trafficking and other phenomena, which often is confused with this, such as illegal immigration. In addition, they have been addressed the main causes of this phenomenon, being separately globalization and international mobility. Aimed to examine the reality experienced by the Brazilian under conditions of semislavery, and the recognition that they must have their Fundamental Labor Rights respected, as it cites the lack of minimum conditions of work to have a decent life . The big question is if these women may be considered workers and if to them can be guaranteed the rights inherent in such quality. Taking, therefore, the following issues: Victims of International Trafficking of Human Beings, especially women sex workers, their labor rights are guaranteed? In this study, the central hypothesis is based on so that after they expose the exploitation and degrading working conditions, these women, the victims deserve to be repatriated and reinserted in the labor market, returning them to the condition of Brazilian citizens.
