Abstract

Unanswerable it is the fact that Federal Special Judgment is being sought more and more by the population in general, emerging as institute of interdisciplinary importance. The social relationships in the right previdence are not now that you/they are developing, but always maintaining in the popular thought the conception of justice. Framed in the wheat field previdence the present study, has as focus the competence previdence of Federal Special Judgment. Like this the proposed objectives consist exactly of the general and systematic study of Federal Judgment and, the mention of their applied constitutional beginnings the matter previdence, as well as the actions proposed in the present Judgment. For the attainment of the study text of practical stamp was elaborated, through the method juridical exegetic, historical evolutionary and deductive, with the support of the bibliographical researches and jurisprudence, in order to be characterized the objectives of the work. Before the number every time larger of injustices practiced by INSS and of the increase of the judicial demands to cure such injustice, it was made an analysis, stepped on in the basic conceptual premises concerning to the institute, of the hypotheses in that held can enter with lawsuits and the one that tries look for, because such outrages, unhappily, are still practical common in our society. It was verified that the theme is of great relevance for the scientific community, put the need to end or at least to reduce the injustices practiced administratively by INSS.
