The aim is to study this subject in order to observe the current prison system and only then be able to demonstrate that it is not possible to efficiently comply under the human rights bias, which is intended for criminal execution, where the principles that are guaranteed to the prisoners are not respected. grieving, violating fundamental rights when fulfilling the sentence.
