???metadata.dc.description.resumo???:	O crime organizado vem atuando, em todas as regiões, em todas as camadas sociais, sem distinção de cor, se sexo ou de idade. A criminalidade está atingindo números surpreendentes, os índices de homicídios em todo o Brasil superam a soma até de países em guerra. Diante de tais fatos, o objetivo desse trabalho é analisar o crime organizado, com destaque para os homicídios praticados por essas organizações criminosas. Para tanto, pretende-se estudar também o histórico do crime organizado, trazendo o enfoque mundial e nacional, fazendo um recorte da pesquisa, principalmente, no interior de Estados do Norte e Nordeste, abordando seus conceitos, características e aspectos. Mostrar-se-á também como foi estruturado o crime organizado, dentro e fora dos presídios, e a expansão de seus domínios, tendo seu início se dado com o surgimento do CV – Comando Vermelho e o PCC – Primeiro Comando da Capital, e a partir delas passaram a existir muitas outras denominações de facções pelos estados brasileiros. Demonstrar-se que o ponto chave para o crescente aumento do número de homicídios foi a expansão das facções criminosas para os outros estados, ocasionando o conflito por áreas para o tráfico de drogas. A pesquisa científica compõe-se em referencial teórico, de obras de renomados doutrinadores, legislações, jurisprudências e especial de artigos científicos especializados. Para o estudo, utilizar-se-á o método de abordagem o dedutivo. Realizar-se-á uma pesquisa qualitativa, o que nos proporcionará a verificação do aumento dos homicídios causados pela guerra entre facções em grande parte dos estados brasileiros. Confirmando assim o problema e hipótese apresentado: Problema - O Estado consegue garantir a segurança para a sociedade, diminuindo a força do crime organizado, consequentemente melhorando os índices de homicídios, ou fica a mercê do crime organizado? Hipótese: Não, pois a partir da análise da situação fática em estudo, compreendemos que o Estado nesse momento perdeu o controle, no que se refere a garantia de segurança a população, pois o crime se organizou e as instituições públicas de segurança não acompanharam o mesmo desenvolvimento.
Abstract:	Organized crime has been operating in all regions, in all social strata, regardless of color, sex or age. Crime is reaching surprising numbers, homicide rates across Brazil surpasses even the sum of countries at war. Faced with such facts, the objective of this work is to analyze organized crime, with emphasis on the homicides practiced by these criminal organizations. In order to do so, it is also intended to study the history of organized crime, bringing the world and national focus, making a cut of the research, mainly in the interior of North and Northeast States, addressing its concepts, characteristics and aspects. It will also show how organized crime was structured, inside and outside the prisons, and the expansion of its domains, beginning with the appearance of CV - Red Command and the PCC - First Command of the Capital, and the From these, many other denominations of factions came to exist through the Brazilian states. It will be demonstrated that the key point for the increasing increase in the number of homicides was the expansion of the criminal factions to the other states, causing the conflict by areas for the drug traffic. Scientific research is made up of theoretical references, works by renowned jurists, legislations, jurisprudence and special scientific articles. For the study, the method of deductive approach will be used. A qualitative research will be carried out, which will allow us to verify the increase in homicides caused by war between factions in most of the Brazilian states. Confirming the problem and hypothesis presented: Problem - Is the State able to guarantee security for society, reducing the strength of organized crime, consequently improving homicide rates, or is it at the mercy of organized crime? Hypothesis: No, because from the analysis of the factual situation under study, we understand that the State at that moment lost control, as regards the security of the population, because the crime was organized and the public security institutions did not follow the development.
