Integração entre Escola x Família em Comunidades Rurais: "uma reflexão".

Abstract

This study consists of a reflection on the integration between school and family in rural communities, whose intention was to involve student parents and communities in school activities. Our interest in working with the rural school is justified by having already developed works in this area and, above all, because we want to seek more substantial information on this issue. We also intend to look for ways to enable parents to engage in school life, in order to make them understand how important and necessary their presence at school is, not only because they will be able to monitor their child's development, but also, because when they become aware of the difficulties that the school faces, they will be able to help in the search for solutions aiming at their improvement, which in the last instance, will be helping to contribute to a better school for your child. In order to talk about the ideological mechanisms that affect Brazilian education, especially in rural areas, a panoramic analysis of the rural area is necessary, in its socio - economic and political aspect. The presence of capitalism in the countryside, became more intense with the process of "import substitution" in the 1950s resulting in the formation of a relatively sophisticated industrial park in Brazil. In the course of this operation, agriculture was provided with actions and subsidies in what was effectively consistent with the demands of that substitution model, that is, support for export crops and the creation of an internal market for industrial goods for agriculture.
