| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Diante dos novos desafios presentes na sociedade contemporânea as empresas vêm sendo orientadas a atuarem adotando práticas eficientes não somente para potencializar os seus lucros. Muito além da geração de lucros cabe a elas colaborarem com o desenvolvimento social e a preservação ambiental. Esse trabalho investiga os fatores que vem dificultando a adoção as práticas de responsabilidade social especificamente em empresas situadas na cidade de Sousa-PB. Os dados foram coletados através da realização de entrevistas e os resultados obtidos foram submetidos a análise de discurso. Os resultados obtidos revelaram que as empresas apresentam práticas de responsabilidade social diferentes. No entanto, foram identificados que elas permanecem atuando com muitas características típicas da cultura tradicional do contexto que estão inseridas evidenciando dessa forma o quanto são insipientes as suas práticas de responsabilidade social. |
| Abstract: | Faced with the new challenges present in contemporary society, companies are being guided to adopt efficient practices not only to increase their profits. Far more than generating profits, it is up to them to collaborate with social development and environmental preservation. This work investigates the factors that are making it difficult to adopt social responsibility practices specifically in companies located in the city of Sousa - PB. The data were collected through interviews and the results were submitted to discourse analysis. The results showed that companies present different social responsibility practices. However, they have been identified that they continue to act with many typical characteristics of the traditional culture of the context that are inserted, thus evidencing how insipient their practices of social responsibility are. |
