| Abstract: | Seeks the present study to analyze in synthetic way the Beginning of the Wide Defense, in the ambit of your hierarchy and functions. The reason of the choice of that theme left of a concern with your aplicabilidady, time that in many of the cases the use in an abusive way can commit the real paper of the Beginning on the agenda. Taking as base the disciplines. Philosophy of the Right and Constitutional Right, which offered subsidies for best to understand and to evaluate the width of the same, in the whole juridical ordenamenty. |
