Os efeitos da investigação judicial no Direito Eleitoral Brasileiro.

Abstract

The carried through monographic work is of theoretical nature, having as methods: deductive, the comparative one, together with the bibliographical research. The developed subject is called: "the effect of the Judicial Inquiry in the Brazilian Electoral law". The present work has as objective to study the main effect of an inquiry of judicial/administrativo character, having as condicionantes effect depending on the moment of its the filling of a suit the disability of the register of the candidate, as also the declaration of ineligibility for next the three years, or serving to test daily payconstituted for one future Action of Impugnation of elective mandate as resource against diplomagao, also primando for the contradictory in all its course, having as legal base complementary Law 64/90.
