| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este trabalho foi realizado na Escola Estadual de 1º Grau Pedro Américo, na cidade de Cajazeiras-PB, onde ofereceu-me oportunidade de conviver com os membros da escola, onde detectei a necessidade existente de trabalhar com o corpo docente e discente. Tive também a oportunidade de colocar em prática as teorias recebidas ao longo do curso e realizar um trabalho que oferecesse um melhor rendimento tanto no processo ensino-aprendizagem, como também na promoção de um melhor relacionamento humano entre os membros da escola e relacionamento com a comunidade. Procurei desenvolver um trabalho cooperativo e conjunto, onde houvesse a participação de todos os membros da escola, envolvendo também a comunidade. |
| Abstract: | This work was carried out in the State School of 1st Degree Pedro Américo, in the city of Cajazeiras-PB, where it offered me the opportunity to live with the members of the school, where I detected the existing need to work with the teaching staff and students. I also had the opportunity to put into practice the theories received throughout the course and carry out work that would offer a better performance both in the teaching-learning process, as well as in promoting a better human relationship between school members and relationships with the community. . I tried to develop a cooperative and joint work, with the participation of all members of the school, also involving the community. |
