The legal approach of the rights of the carrying people of deficiency is a Work of Conclusion of Course that it aims at to alert and to divulge for all the society, which the essential rights conquered by this group of individuals that, throughout the years came being discriminated either for its appearance, either for its physical or mental limitations. It is justified choice of the subject for the great social relevance that predominates, hodiernamente, in regards to the rights of the carrying people of deficiency, as well as for the necessity of sensitization of the diverse social sectors on this subject. The conceptual boardings of what are still distinguished it comes to be carrying person of deficiency in its legal and social aspects, as well as the historical context of the fight of these individuals for the recognition of its rights, prioritizing the equality, the dignity and the social integration of this group of individuals, through social actions, legal and governmental, passing for the performance of the Public prosecution service in the defense of the interests of the carrying people of deficiency. They are enumerated, still, the devices constitutional that support the subject, as well as the infraconstitutional legislation, that although the advances, not yet accumulate of stocks the interests of these individuals of complete form. For such, they had been used of documentary and virtual bibliographical research, beyond the methods dialetico and description-legal, that they approach since the pertinent legislation to the subject, until statistical data that nowadays illustrate the situation of the carrying people of deficiency. Of this form, one expects to contribute for a bigger respect and one better fulfilment of the rights of the carrying people of deficiency in the diverse social sectors, treating them as the human beings that are and not discriminating them in function to its limitations.
