Violação de direitos humanos e paradigmas de desenvolvimento em Guiné-Bissau.

Abstract

The present study, that has as heading Human Rights' violations and Paradigms of Development in the Guinea-Bissau, objective to analyze the main questions concerning this subject, and meets displayed in three chapters. The first one I capitulate consists of an incursion in the history of the Democracy of Kant and as well as one it analyzes of International law o f the Human Rights and current conception on human rights, in as it's capitulates will analyze subject o f the Breaking o f Rights Human beings in the Guinea- Bissau and the characteristics and as i f find currently and will be studied the peculiarities o f this in the Public law and Private decurrent of the norms made use in our native and compared constitution o f the Republic and the comparative doctrines. In third 1 capitulate as he supports the causes o f the human rights and in its development. However, in regards to its materialization he practises, he evidenced yourself that the democracy o f the Guinea-Bissau still suffers of deficiency serious, needing half efficient and apt to the elaboration he accomplishes in its process consolidation. Thus being, the participation o f the community in the development was concluded that, is characterized, as currently half propitious the construction and blockhouse of the national democratic system exerting, through some instruments that the paper of awaking has to its disposal, preparing and to educate the guineense people for theoretician-pragmatic performance of a full and consolidated democracy, alicerda, in a conscientious participation the final development of the Guinea- Bissau, and consideration and the bibliographical references.
