| Abstract: | The purpose of this project is to discuss and create paths that can facilitate the execution of a more consistent pedagogical practice to obtain more efficient and effective teaching learning aiming at access to permanence and the reduction of repetition of the 1st grade school João Alexandre dos Santos . Enabling the best application of school and extra-school activities and also rethinking the attitude of the educator, administrator and employee, favoring the success of our students. |
