União homoafetiva: um novo modelo de família.

Abstract

The homosexuality is a quite controversial theme in the currient days, but that received other conception in last cultures. In Greece and Rome it was treated of an honest and current action, until that, with the appearance of the Cristianity it started to be synonymous of sin. Ever since, along the history the homosexuals suffer with the prejudice, injustice and even hostility. Daily the acceptance of the "being" homosexual and of his practice they are the most varied for the word, in agreement with the different cultures, because while some legitimate even the unions among people of the same sex, other countries punish it with death penalty. Before democracy idea that provides the all citizenship rights, as synonym of social justice, it is not comprehensible acceptance that the juridical ordainments of state that they are said democratic marginalize citizens through the omission or of the juridical invisibility. Like this the enlargement of the family concept came to reinforce that the human rights and some constitutional beginnings already base regarding the legitimating of the unions affectionate homo.
