| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | O presente trabalho monográfico aborda a trajetória do atendimento a infância e adolescência no sentido de perceber os avanços na legislação brasileira; propõe uma reflexão sobre o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente - ECA - Lei n°. 8.069/90, destacando a medida socioeducativa de internação como tema central, tendo como objetivo analisar a execução desta medida, sua natureza sancionatória com finalidade pedagógica; alem disso, serão observados os direitos e garantias fundamentais do adolescente privado de liberdade. Apresenta uma visão focada na intervenção do Assistente social enquanto profissional inserido no processo de trabalho especifico do atendimento a adolescentes inseridos no espaço institucional do Centro Educacional do Adolescente CEA, situado no Estado da Paraíba, município de Sousa. Para realização deste trabalho, utilizou-se como fonte de pesquisa a do tipo documental e bibliográfica, baseadas nas doutrinas e legislações vigentes no pais, alem da reflexão critica calcada na própria experiencia de trabalho no funcionalismo publico estadual atuando na área da infância e adolescência, a fim de fundamentar e justificar a ideia proposta. |
| Abstract: | The present monographic paper addresses the trajectory of the attendance to childhood and adolescence in the sense of perceiving the advances in Brazilian legislation, the commission proposes a reflection on the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - ACE - Law no, 8,069 /90, highlighting the extent socioeducational of hospitalization as a central theme, having as its objective to analyze the implementation of this measure, its nature sanctioning with pedagogical; moreover, it will be observed the fundamental rights and safeguards of adolescent deprived of freedom. It presents a vision focused on intervention of the social worker while professional inserted in specific work process of care to adolescents in institutional space of Educational Center of the Adolescent CEA, located in the State of Paraiba, municipality of Sousa. For completion of this work we used the bibliographic research on the basis of the doctrines and laws and the documentary in order to substantiate and justify the idea proposed |
