Abstract

In this work, beyond we approach this difficult task delegated to the judge, rank that, it only has conditions to survey correctly (or not), from its persuasion, the extension provoked for the injury, also we will approach the reason not to share of the agreement of that a price control for the cases of pain and suffering must exist, that here it is impossible to price feelings and actions that wound the honor and the dignity of the person.
