Nosso trabalho foi fundamentado na teoria Piagetiana, por ter sido este teórico um estudioso acerca da aquisição do conhecimento e da origem da razão humana. Mediante a teoria que seguimos, optamos por intercambiar a linha construtiva, na construção do conhecimento humano frente a Formação de Recursos Humanos na Educação Pré-Escolar. trabalhando esta perspectiva, tivemos a oportunidade de construir o conhecimento investigado, mediante o acesso aos diversos tipos de materiais manipuláveis, e a "livre" escolha de atividades. |
| Abstract: | The theme of Human Resources for Pre-School Education was discussed at the level of exploratory-descending research, involving six pre-school teachers from the following State schools of Conceição: 1st Grade State School Calula Leite, 1st Grade State School Leomar Leite and 1st Grade State School Bindo Leite. Our work was based on Piagetian theory, as this theorist was a scholar about the acquisition of knowledge and the origin of human reason. Based on the theory we followed, we opted to exchange the constructive line, in the construction of human knowledge in the face of Human Resources Training in Pre-School Education. working from this perspective, we had the opportunity to build the investigated knowledge, through access to the various types of manipulable materials, and the "free" choice of activities. |
