Análise descritiva das aquisições por licitações na modalidade pregão, realizadas pela escola agrotécnica federal de Sousa no período de 2005 a 2007.

Abstract

The present work consists in a descriptive Analysis of the property and service acquired by auctions in the modality trading by the School Agrotecnica Federal of Sousa in the periods of 2005 to 2007. Being this a research of the exploratory kind in form of case study about the contracting realized by the institution, seeking in this context verify the economy obtained and the satisfaction of the sectors involved as the quality of the property and service acquired. Through consultation to the registers of the electronic trading realized by the EAFS was done an analysis of the proportionate economy to the institution with the utilization of this modality of competition. It was established a medium economy in all the period of 23,42% of the price of everything what acquired through this modality, in values this economy excel a considerable figure of a million of real to the chests of the institution. Subsequently was done a research, through questionnaire, applied together the sectors involved in the production aiming to identify the satisfaction or dissatisfaction as the quality of the property and service acquired through the electronic trading realized by the institution, establishing a satisfaction of 70% of the interviewed with the property and service acquired through electronic trading by the institution. Faced the hypotheses raised was utilized a statistical technique seeking the proof of the existing relations among the variables of the hypotheses. It was realized a test of hypothesis, not-parametric (Chi-Square of Pearson) doing the crossing of the variables that try to explain the existing relations, verifying based in the results of the tests will exist relation among the variables and will be true the hypotheses raised. It was concluded, faced of the results obtained, that the institution was efficient in the contracting with the reduction of the prices of the products acquired and according to the quality of the acquisitions a considerable level of satisfaction of the sectors involved in the Activity-end of the institution.
