Abstract

The winning accusation is winning, successively, before so many scandals of corruption involving the Brazilian scenery, and especially, the case of the "Lava-jet", that it stole millions of the public safes and vein to public due to the investigations of the Federal Police, and in compensation, it is observed that he/she calls himself of "Theory of the Games", for which is correlated with the beginnings of the public administration, and combining the accusation so much, as the understandings of the Theory of the Games, it must be analyzed in the present their work procedures, objectives, as it appeared and the how beneficial it can be to Brazil, however, there is also, of being observed the points that contradict some basic beginnings of the public administration, as well as, to be analyzed as the actions of the public administration can link to the procedure of the winning accusation, using for so much the mechanisms of the Theory of the Games and arriving the an end for the very larger of the State, because, seeking that the largest shame of the Brazilian scenery is the countless scandals that happen more and more, year to year, it owes "current" and less bureaucratic measures be taken to arrive in the intended effectiveness, be through an attractive and less malicious proposal to the corrupt diffuse to give the whole fraudulent outline, or be through the pressure and of the psychological game accomplished by the judiciary police against the corrupt member, and then, it happens, superficially, the winning accusation to the light of the Theory of the Games, that will be seen in full detail in the present monographic work.
