Abstract

The crimes against sexual dignity most of the times are practice in silent, strict ways, and as consequence, the only testimonies are the parts involved. In front of, it is necessary and profound study about the approbatory value from the offended word, so the chaos that the victims put into the crime agent of sexual harassment in a false way, are recurrent, either by revenge, obtaining a certain advantage or to nulling your own conduct. Therefore, the general objective of this task is study the approbatory value of the offended, be vulnerable or not, even if the offended utilize maneuvers or mechanisms to defend himself, to auto-victimize and show to the imputed judge should validate the victim testimony. The main theme is divided in three chapters, where the first reiterates the beginning of crimes against sexual dignity and the legal alterations suffers in Penal Code; the second explains the crimes against sexual dignities and your peculiarities; and the third explains the procedural evidences in penal procedure, treating the offended words in specific forms, also explains the victims and your branches, the victidogmatic, also the auto-victimize and the approbatory value of victim word and how they should be valorized by the judge authority. The research method utilized is the exploratory; the main research objective is qualitative method, and the technique utilized was bibliographic research.
