Orçamento participativo: um enfoque ao município de Cajazeiras-PB entre os anos de 2009 e 2010.

Abstract

The public budget today becomes gift for the necessity of the governing to manage with efficiency and effectiveness the happened resources of the spheres: federal, state and municipal with the intention to reach the welfare of the population. This instrument that serves to consolidate the social interests had derived from its essence the Participativo Budget, existing in some cities of Brazil and specifically in the city of Cajazeiras - PB where if it looked for to evidence of that it forms this process comes if developing in the city it enters the years of 2009 and 2010. For the achievement of this intention, used metodologico proceeding in the inquiry how much to the objectives she was descriptive, how much to the procedures it was a research of documentary the bibliographical type and. As research tool a questionnaire was used, which was submitted to the participant agents of the participativo budget and still on people the local public administration. To validate the procedure a descriptive analysis was made in agreement eats Likert scale and later tables had been elaborated, with the aid of the SPSS - Statistical Package will be the Social Sciences, version 8.0. In accordance with the gotten results the participativo budget in the city of Cajazeiras/PB can be verified that, is about a sufficiently promising instrument, that is, if it will not be interrupted in the exchange of administrations, to manage the demands of the population, since the local executive comes if holding of form condizente with what preceitua the essence of the participativo budget. However, it was verified that it has the necessity of the population becomes more active regarding this process in the direction to increase the number of participants with the purpose of ahead becomes a project of bigger efficiency of the local public interests.
