Empreendedorismo na cidade de Sousa-PB: uma descrição das características empreendedoras no ramo de bomboniere.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the profile of entrepreneurs in the business of bomboniere in the city of Sousa-PB. The study was conducted through questionnaires among entrepreneurs, who reported the difficulties encountered in the business and the reason that led to the opening of the project, including SWOT analysis highlighted the profile of customers, competitors, among others. Stating the importance of entrepreneurship as a business strategy, showing the profiles of entrepreneurs in sousenses branch bomboniere. The work was based on two types of research, exploratory and descriptive research. In order to define the characteristics of entrepreneurship in the study, the research sector also had qualitative interviews and the application form with business being conducted. The main differences between the two types of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship and opportunity by necessity entrepreneurship emphasize that the results indicate that most entrepreneurs branch bomboniere in Sousa-CP showed characteristics of necessity because of the lack of other opportunities employment, some entered the labor market or informal way by having industry experience.
