Limita-se a apresentar os conceitos acerca de aspectos que envolvem a ética, bioética e os direitos que o ser humano pode ter para escolher e decidir o que é melhor para si em qualquer circunstância de sua vida, ressaltando os aspectos da bioética no sentido de auxiliar a humanidade na participação racional. Como também os cuidados necessários com os avanços tecnológicos no campo da medicina e investigações científicas. Para a realização do presente estudo foi adotado o método dedutivo, que parte de uma ou mais premissas gerais e chega a uma ou mais conclusões particulares. A análise de tal tema por se tratar de direito fundamental mor é de extrema importância e deverá ser objeto de discussão, uma vez que declina sobre a base do ordenamento jurídico de nascer, viver e morrer com dignidade. Concluindo que a prática da eutanásia parte da autonomia de vontade da pessoa. |
| Abstract: | It is argued on euthanasia, with all the implications of this act, based on the theory of fundamental rights and bioethical issues. It merely present the concepts about issues involving ethics, bioethics and the rights that human beings may have to choose and decide what is best for you in every circumstance of his life, emphasizing aspects of bioethics towards assist humanity in rational participation. As well as the necessary care with technological advances in the field of medicine and scientific research. To carry out this study was adopted deductive method, which is part of one or more general premises and reaches one or more particular conclusions. The analysis of this issue because it is a fundamental right mor is of utmost importance and should be the subject of discussion, as declines on the basis of the legal system to be born, live and die with dignity.
