| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Por meio de pesquisas de outros trabalhos, analisando a legislação que envolve o assunto, a monografia tem como objetivomostrar fatos relacionados às torcidas organizadas, que são consideradas, por muitos torcedores e pela mídia, como a grande causadora de violência no futebol em todo o Brasil. Mostrando-se como o futebol é visto no mundo e seu surgimento, relatando os aspectos históricos, trazendo informações sobre tragédias que aconteceram no mundo,em especial os casos ocorridos na Inglaterra. Busca-se abordar como o Código Penal e o Estatuto do Torcedor tratam os torcedores violentos. Com relação aos casos de violência no futebol brasileiro aborda-se o conceito de torcidas organizadas, o seu surgimento e seus atos de violência praticados. Acerca do tratamento legal que se da a esses fatos, cita-se o Código Penal e o Estatuto do Torcedor, relacionando os crimes que estas torcidas cometem e as punições previstas. O presente trabalho foi desenvolvido a partir da pesquisa qualitativa e do método dedutivo, pesquisas bibliográficas e exploratórias, existindo a coleta de informações, observando a área jurídica e a legislação pertinente ao tema, bem como informações disponíveis em sítios eletrônicos. |
| Abstract: | Through research from other studies,analyzing legislation surrounding the subject, the monograph aims to show facts related to soccer fans, which are considered, for many fans and the media, as the major cause of violence in soccer in the whole Brazil.Showing how soccer is seen in the world and its emergence, reporting the historical aspects, bringing information about tragedies that happened in the world, especially the cases which happened in England. We seek to discuss how the Penal Code and the Statute of the fan treat violent fans.Regarding the cases of violence in Brazilian soccer, it approaches its appearance and the acts of violence committed. Regarding the legal treatment given to these facts, it points the Penal Code and the Statute of the Fan, relating crimes which these fans commit and the appropriate punishment. This paper was developed based on qualitative research and the inductive method, bibliographic and exploratory research, existing the collection of information, observing the legal field and the pertinent legislation as well as information available in their websites. |
