| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | O presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar o conhecimento dos servidores públicos estaduais efetivos e comissionados do Estado da Paraíba acerca da lei complementar n° 58/03 que regula o Estatuto dos Servidores Públicos Civis da Paraíba. O instrumento de coleta e análise dos dados baseou – se em um questionário composto de perguntas objetivas e subjetivas, relativas a dados de identificação sociocultural da população estudada e ao seu conhecimento frente ao estatuto que a rege. Concluiu – se que o conhecimento diante ao próprio estatuto apresentou grandes limitações, sugerindo a necessidade de maior busca por conhecimento da legislação que rege o serviço público e seus servidores por parte dos profissionais. |
| Abstract: | This study aimed to analyze the knowledge of effective and commissioned state civil servants of the State of Paraíba on the supplementary law No 58/03 which regulates the status of civil servants of the Paraíba. The data collection and analysis tool based - on a questionnaire with objective and subjective questions relating to socio-cultural identification data of the study population and their knowledge outside the statute that governs it. It concluded - that the knowledge on the status itself had major limitations, suggesting the need for greater quest for knowledge of the legislation governing the public service and its servers from professionals. |
