Abstract

Criminology is the field of empirical and interdisciplinary science that is concerned to find the crime, offenders individual, the victim, the influence of society and the criminal conduct, seeking information about the origin, dynamics and the various forms of crime, to give foundation to criminal precautionary programs and techniques of positive interference in delinquent individual. Given this context, this academic research paper addresses the issue of Youth Crime in the Present, highlighting the case in Brazil. Shows the origin and the concept of criminology, showing the guarantee, ticket and full protection to children and adolescents the light of the ECA, also addresses the illegal acts committed by adolescents in conflict with the law, showing the relevant measures, the social measures - education and enforcement. The same consists of a bibliographic nature of research carried out in books, magazines, internet sites, theses, articles where we collected information about the relevant topic.
